These are super easy, as easy as using the canned stuff, but healthier.
For this you need...
1 pound hamburger
3/4 cup ketchup
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon groung cumin
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Brown hamburger. Mix everything else in and heat up. Serve on hamburger buns.
