Chocolate crepes

This was fairly easy to make, but looked super fancy. You do need to prepare ahead because the batter needs to sit in the fridge for an hour. But it's well worth it. I filled these with a raspberry filling consisting of raspberries, water, sugar, and corn starch cooked together until thickened. And vanilla yogurt. Super super yummy!
