Lemon chicken and fried potatoes

This is an easy dinner. Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken breast in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add a good amount of lemon juice. Cook for about 20-30 min until done.
For the potatoes slice them thin, cook onions until tender, fry bacon, add the potatoes and some oil (or butter) and cook on a low heat with a lid on the pan. Stir often because they will burn easily!
