This was a quick and easy dinner. Five ingredients (chicken, apple juice, maple syrup, pepper, cornstarch) and you've got dinner. The glaze cooked up super fast in the hot pan that the chicken was cooked in. I'm not sure if it was supposed to gel up as fast as it did, but it turned out good and that's really all that matters.
